# Get back on track

Find the message you saw, then take one small next step.

## Sign in again after a session expires

If the CLI cannot refresh your session, start a new sign-in and approve the one-time code in your browser.

```
recala login
```

If an environment credential is set, it takes priority over your saved login. Check which credential source your shell uses without sharing the value.

## Select an organization

“No organization selected” means the CLI needs a default or a command-specific choice. List the organizations your account can access.

```
recala org list
```

Then save the intended organization by name, slug or id.

```
recala org use <name>
```

## Get private-beta access

You can install the CLI publicly. You need a Recala account and organization membership to use it. [Join the beta](https://recala.co/register/) or ask your organization’s owner for access.

If the owner-only cadence settings are unavailable, ask the owner to configure them. A different token does not change your role.

## Handle a missing confirmation

Exit 10 means the write was not confirmed or was declined. Run the command in a terminal so the person can answer [y]es / [n]o / [a]ll. Under JSON output, an agent cannot answer on their behalf.

For a session they want to authorize, the person can run:

```
recala grant
```

Next, check the [full exit-code table](https://recala.co/developers/reference/#exit-codes) if the message names a different problem.
