Service Scope
Recala provides software and AI-assisted workflows to research, draft, verify, and publish editorial content. Features, delivery speeds, and connected integrations may change during the MVP phase.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate onboarding information and keep connected CMS credentials current.
- You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication where your policies require it.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content operations.
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, rate limits, or other customer workspaces.
- Do not upload data you are not authorized to process or publish.
Generated Content
Recala is designed to help produce high-quality editorial drafts, but AI-generated outputs can still contain omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for final editorial review, legal compliance, and the use of published material.
Third-Party Services
Some functionality depends on third-party services such as Supabase, Netlify, Google Gemini, and connected WordPress sites. Recala is not responsible for outages or policy changes originating from those providers.
Availability and MVP Status
The MVP is provided on an as-available basis without a formal uptime commitment. Recala may suspend or modify features while improving the product, addressing security issues, or complying with legal obligations.
Termination
Recala may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your workspace data subject to the privacy policy and legal holds.
