HOW WE WORK

How we work: the 8-week path to results.

Find the questions your buyers ask. Fix them with sourced articles a real person signs. Prove what moved, every week, against questions we held back.

1 article credit on us. You choose what publishes.

Eight weeks, four moments you can check.

  1. Find

The buyer questions your competitors own in Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).

  2. Fix

Sourced articles, signed by a real person at your company, to compete for those questions.

  3. Prove

The same questions re-checked every week against control questions, so “moved” is honest.

Measured from anonymous captures of ChatGPT and Gemini, plus Google search and AI Overviews.

  1. Week 0–1

    Baseline

    What happens

We check who owns your buyer questions today, in Google and in AI answers. Each question is checked several times, because AI answers vary from one run to the next.

    What you see

Your baseline: the questions, who is cited for each, and the ones nobody credible answers yet.

  2. Weeks 1–4

    First articles

    What happens

The first sourced articles are written to compete for those questions. A real person at your company signs each one before it is published.

    What you see

Articles live on your site, and the first signals in Google: whether the new pages are indexed and starting to appear.

  3. Week 4

    First status report

    What happens

We re-check every question against your baseline and report what moved, in Google and in AI answers, each on its own.

    What you see

Rates next to your baseline, like “cited in X% of checks”. At four weeks it is a first read, and we tell you when it is too early to call.

  4. Week 8

    Decision report

    What happens

We compare the questions we wrote for with the control questions held for later months. Google and AI answers are reported separately, never blended into one score.

    What you see

Treated versus control: what moved, what did not, and our recommendation for what to do next.

The comparison with control questions comes with Self-serve and Managed.

The honest limits AI answers vary from day to day, so we report rates over repeated checks, never a single answer. A citation is not a visit or a customer, and nobody can promise a mention, so we report what moved and show how we know.

How we prove it

A number that moved only means something if you know what would have happened anyway. That is what control questions are for.

A simple example

Say we track 30 of your buyer questions. We write articles for 20 of them now. The other 10 are scheduled for later months, so nothing is withheld, only ordered.

Every week we re-check all 30 the same way. Google changes, AI models update and the seasons shift, and they touch all 30 questions alike. So we read the difference between the two groups.

Written now (20) Held for later, our controls (10)
  • The 20 moved and the 10 did not

Our articles are the likely reason. We report what moved, with the rates.

  • All 30 moved together

That is the market, not us, and we say so.

  • Little moved yet

It is too early, or it did not work. We report that too, and what we would change.

Questions about the checks.

Which engines do you check?

Google search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini. Each is reported on its own, never blended into a single score. Measured from anonymous captures of ChatGPT and Gemini, plus Google search and AI Overviews.

How often do you check?

Every question is checked every week: 3 times a week on each AI engine (twice on Recala Go), because one answer proves nothing, and Google daily. You get a status report at week 4 and a decision report at week 8.

What does “moved” mean?

Your pages are cited in a larger share of checks than at baseline, and by more than the control questions moved over the same weeks. If the controls moved as much, we call it the market. The comparison with control questions comes with Self-serve and Managed.

Can you promise my company will be cited?

No, and nobody honestly can. AI answers vary by question, engine and day. We report the share of checks in which your pages were cited, next to your baseline, and let you judge.

Do citations mean visits or customers?

Not by themselves. A citation is not a visit or a customer. We report what we can check, which is citations and Google results, and we do not claim revenue.

Who signs the articles?

A named person at your company, who reviews the article before it publishes. The byline shows their name and role, and you choose who.
