Controls are questions we hold for later, so we can compare them with the ones we wrote for. Steady checks are questions we never write for, so we can see what the market does on its own. Discovery questions are new ones we look for each month.
No. Extra articles are sold only while a Go, Self-serve or Managed plan is active. They add to a plan you already use; we do not sell single articles on their own.
Go checks 25 questions and has no control group, so it shows before and after, observed but not attributed. Self-serve checks 100 questions and holds 20 as controls, which lets us show what moved against them.
Yes. Write to us and we will move you between Go, Self-serve and Managed. Managed has a 3-month minimum.
The 14-day refund applies to your first payment. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the full amount. A 3-month proof sprint refunds unused whole months. Unused articles don't carry over to the next month.
